What is the Career Development Series?
The Career Development Series (CDS) is an opportunity for National Collegiate Landscape Competition participants to attend workshops and presentations by industry professionals on a variety of timely and unique topics. Each CDS event that a student completes will earn them one validation. Opportunities include: Wednesday student workshops, Thursday interviews and the Thursday CDS panel discussion.
The validation form is online and accessible via the NALP NCLC app. Each student needs to earn 3 validations for their involvement to count toward their school's participation and to be eligible for the CDS award.
Three school teams will win, one in each of the following categories:
- 25 or more students
- 10 - 24 team members
- Less than 10 members
